Applications for the 2025 African American Leaders of Tomorrow Program open soon!  

Organized and led by the California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC), this annual signature event invites high-achieving high school students from across California to participate in a four-day legislative and leadership convening.

The primary objective of this program is to cultivate a new generation of African American leaders equipped to tackle critical issues such as education, poverty, criminal justice, and health. The CLBC is dedicated to nurturing and empowering youth by supporting and investing in their academic excellence.
